Welcome to Anchor Mediation! I'm Denise, and I'm here to support you through your journey. Why did I become a mediator? I am passionate about providing families with the tools, resource and guidance that I didn't know existed when I was going through my separation/divorce. My career has brought me into workplace conflict resolution, mixed with my focus for creating positive workplace cultures, social services and human rights, it made sense to blend the two.

 

With over 10 years of experience in conflict and training in trauma-informed care, I focus on fostering open communication and understanding. As a designated CHRP and a member of professional associations like ADRIO, ADRIC, OAFM, and HRPA, my approach emphasizes active listening and empathy, ensuring that all voices are heard. I believe every conflict is an opportunity for growth, encouraging everyone to share their needs in a safe space. Together, we can work towards a respectful and sustainable resolution that meets everyone's needs.
